Applications for the position of Assistant Director (BPS-17) on contract are invited from highly motivated candidates to work at Quality Enhancement Cell Affiliated Colleges (QECACs) at QEC main campus.

Qualification |
Must have a relevant master’s degree (16 years) or above from a University or Institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.

Minimum Experience required for Assistant Director:
At least Five (05) years of relevant experience of QA/QEC at any HEC recognized University.
Preference will be given candidates having maximum experience in QEC
Required Skills of the Assistant Director:
- Must have a clear vision and depth of knowledge in the field of Quality Assurance in Higher Education.
- Managerial Skills
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management
- Good Command and knowledge of MS Office and Analysis tools.
Role and Responsibilities of the Assistant Director/s:
- Act as a liaison between a focal person or change team at each allocated AC and the QECACs unit.
- Help each allocated AC in producing monitoring reports.
- Support implementation of quality assurance practices at ACs in compliance with the guidelines provided by QAA/HEC.
- Address queries and provide feedback received from each allocated AC.
- Collect academic data (of the AC) as advised by the QECACs.
- Provide inputs to the QECACs for plans and proposals for training AC faculty.
- Compile requisite data for preparation of a monitoring report as per the requirements of QECACs.
- Provide support for capacity building workshops at ACs.
- Support the Deputy Director with their responsibilities.
- Any other tasks assigned by Director/Deputy QEC.

- The selection for the Assistant Director position will be made based on the project requirement, past academic record, experience as well as the performance in the interview.
