Applications for the position of Data Analyst (BPS-17) on contract are invited from highly motivated candidates to work at Quality Enhancement Cell Affiliated Colleges (QECACs) at QEC, KIU main campus.

Minimum Experience required for Data Analyst:
At least Five (05) years of relevant experience as a data Analyst at any HEC recognized University.

Role and Responsibilities of the Data Analyst:
- Focal person for University/Colleges National and International Ranking.
- Conduct Quality Assurance surveys and prepare evaluation reports.
- Plan strategy to align university /Colleges data with HEC and rankings.
- Monitoring of student feedback and prepare CQI plan.
- Manage QEC Online Portal with web development team and Managing LMS for all Affiliated Colleges.
- Editor QEC Newsletter.
- Coordinate with automation and web designer to conduct semester-wise students’ feedback.
- Responsible for developing KPIs within University System for the purpose of identifying trends and evaluating the success of the initiatives taken.
- Develops models and adhoc reports, sharing observations and recommendations with senior data management, executives, and stakeholders for further consideration.
- Analyze, interpret, and present the data of Student and Teacher Evaluations.
- Maintaining Excel Dashboards
- Managing Web Page of QEC
- Data Cleaning & Data Visualization
- Meeting deadlines to Deliver work
- Any other task assigned by Director/Deputy Director QEC.

- The selection for the Data Analyst position will be made based on the project requirement, past academic record, experience as well as the performance in the interview.
