Research Assistants are required in the department of Earth Sciences under the HEC- NRPU Project of Principal Investigator of Dr. Javed Akhter Qureshi. These positions are initially for a period of 3 months, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
Eligibility
- Candidates having Ph.D. Geology with specialization in placer gold-01 position. (Rs. 25,000/-)
- Candidates enrolled in MS Geology and engaged in thesis of MS Geology program at KIU also having experience of placer gold-01 position. (Rs. 25,000/- pm)
- Candidates having BS/MS degrees and currently enrolled in MS Geology program at KIU – 02 positions. (Rs. 20,000/-)
- Candidates who are enrolled in BS Geology programs at KIU and are currently studying in 6th or 7th Semester – 04 positions (only female students will be given preference). (Rs. 15,000/-)
Conditions
- Complete applications along with attested copies of educational degrees/certificates, experience certificates may be submitted to Director HR Office, Karakoram International University Gilgit.
- Only eligible candidates will be invited for Test/Interview.
- Last date of submission of documents is 30th January, 2023
- The university reserves the right to postpone or cancel appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason.
- No TA/DA will be paid for test/interview.
