Applications are invited from potential candidates for the positions of Lecturers, Assistant Professors, Associate Professors, Professors, and Sub-Campus Directors BPS-21/20 to be appointed on Project Contract. General terms and conditions/ eligibility criteria are as under:

1	Sub-Campus Directors BPS-21/20	Project contract Positions	For BPS-21: The candidate must have postgraduate degree in any discipline from HEC recognized university/institution with experience of (at least 15 years for Ph.D.; 17 years for MS/M.Phil) Teaching, Research, Administration, Financial Management in HEC recognized university/HEI/Federal Government/Provincial Government institutes/Autonomous Bodies/well reputed International Organizations. For BPS-20: The candidate must have a postgraduate degree in any discipline from HEC recognized university/institution with experience of (at least 12 years for Ph.D.; 15 years for MS/M.Phil and 18 years for Masters-16 years of education.) Teaching, Research, Administration, Financial Management in HEC recognized university/HEI/Federal Government/Provincial Government institutes/Autonomous Bodies/well reputed International Organizations. Note: - The eligibility of respective candidate will be assessed on the basis of qualifications, Academic and Administrative Experiences preferably in the areas of research, (Publications and grants), leadership role, financial and project management, national and international awards and recognition.
1	Professor BPS-21	Project contract Positions	Qualification: Ph.D. from HEC Recognized institution in relevant field. Experience: 15-Years teaching/research experience in HEC recognized university or a post-graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a national or International organization OR 10-Years post-Ph.D teaching/ research experience in a recognized university or a post-graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization. Minimum Number of Publications: The applicant must have 15 Research Publications with at least 5-Publications in the last 5-Years in HEC recognized journals.
2	Associate Professor BPS-20	Project contract Positions	Qualification: Ph.D. from HEC Recognized institution in relevant field. Experience: 10-Years teaching/research experience in HEC recognized university or a post-graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a national or International organization OR 5-Years post-Ph.D. teaching/ research experience in a recognized university or a post-graduate institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization. Minimum Number of Publications: The applicant must have 10 Research Publications with at least 4-Publications in the last 5-Years in HEC recognized journals.
3	Assistant Professors BPS-19	Project contract Positions	Qualification: Ph.D. from HEC Recognized institution in relevant field. Experience: Nil Minimum Number of Publications: Nil
4	Lecturers BPS-18	Project contract Positions	Qualification: First class MS/M.Phil/equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant field from an HEC recognized university/institution with no 3^rd division in the academic career. The condition of no 3^rd division shall not be applicable in the qualification of appointment as Lecturer in Universities or Degree Awarding Institutions provided that the candidate holds a higher degree viz Ph.D. or equivalent degree with not more than one 3^rd division in the entire academic career. Experience: Nil Minimum Number of Publications: Nil
