In persuit to facilitate and motivate it’s faculty in making research and Commercialization their top priority, the Vice Chancellor of Karakoram International University, Prof. Dr. Attaullah Shah has signed a tripartite MoU with HEC and Intellectual Property Organization (IPO) Pakistan today in Islamabad. The purpose of this MoU is to establish Technology Innovation Support Center (TISC) at KIU to help and facilitate the researchers, innovators and faculty members of KIU to have ready access to online patent database systems, Science & Technology related resources, IP related publications, information about IP laws, IP management and strategy, and Commercialization. KIU is now among the 38 top universities who have established TISCs.
