The Institute of Professional Development and Department of Media & Communication Studies, Karakoram International University, Gilgit offers One month crash course from Oct 8, 2018 on ‘Film Making & Video Production’ to perspective students interested in Film Making and Video Production.
The students will be able to generate their ideas into visual form, and learn the basics of camera techniques, lighting, consideration of camera angles, movement and position, shot composition, audio manipulation/effects and sound effects, editing techniques and will also get introduced to a variety of practical exercises about various phases of film making including Pre Production, Production and Post Production and delivery.

The course is suitable for:
• Beginners with no formal filmmaking training
• Media Students, Journalists and Professionals to expand their skills and learn about the self-shooting mode
