Karakoram International University, (KIU) Gilgit-Baltistan intends to carry out remain work of HVAC, civil/electrical/plumbing and furniture fixture of Bio-Safety Laboratory project funded by NIH FIC, USA to strengthen the state of Biosafety in mountain areas of Gilgit-Baltistan. Consulting firms/individual consultant is required for detailed supervision of the balance works of the project as per scope is given in the Terms of Reference (ToR) available here Download Terms of Reference

Interested consulting firms/individuals consultants registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) are requested to submit their sealed comprising of “Technical and Financial proposal separately sealed” based on “Single stage two envelop bidding procedure”.  The details of technical and financial evaluation are given in the ToR.

 

Your bids must reach at the following address by post/registered courier on or before August 10, 2018 (1100 Hrs). The bids shall be opened on the same day at 1130 Hrs by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of representatives of consultants, who desire to participate.

No bid will be considered after due date and time.
