Hi, everyone. It’s me, Sadruddin Bahadur Qutoshi (PhD in Education) from KUSOED, NP, and MA in Edu & International Dev from the Institute of Education, University College London, UK. I am a certified Facilitator – FDW (Facilitator Development Workshop) and Instructional Skills Workshop -TLEW trained practitioner. I hold Certificates as training of trainer (TOT) in ECD & Youth Employability and Soft Skills (YESS) in addition to having certificates in education & an Advanced Diploma in Edu: Educational Leadership & Management from AKU-Institute for Educational Development. I have been a teacher, teacher educator, researcher and educational leader for many years in different institutions. I presented many research papers at inter/national conferences and published more than 77 scholarly articles (https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=f6Z-W7sAAAAJ&hl=en), & book chapters, and presented book reviews on a wide range of issues related to teaching and learning, reforms in education, leadership, curriculum, and assessment, leading learning organizations, transformative education, cultural knowing and research for sustainable development, etc. I also co-authored the book 'Educational leadership policies and practices: Voices from the Developing Countries' published from Oxford University Press, Pakistan. I am a member of many review/editorial committees of inter/national Journals in Edu. Currently, I am rendering my services as Associate Professor of STEAM Edu & leading the Centre for Training and Research on ECD at the Faculty of Education, Karakoram International University (KIU). Before that, my most recent full-time positions were as HOD/Chair of the department of educational development at KIU, Social Protection Coordinator at UNDP, Pakistan, and as a principal, at Metroville Community School Karachi, a unit of AKESP, South, Pakistan.
