Dr. Ammar Hussain, currently serving as the Head of the Department, has been an integral part of Karakoram International University since 2006. With over 19 years of experience in academia and industry collaborations, Dr. Hussain has significantly contributed to the growth and success of the department. Dr. Hussain completed his MS in Marketing from SZABIST Pakistan, where he laid the foundation for a career marked by a passion for research and teaching. Driven by a keen interest in advanced marketing concepts and practices, he pursued and successfully completed a PhD in Marketing from the University of Bedfordshire, UK. Throughout his tenure, Dr. Hussain has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a strong commitment to academic excellence. His areas of expertise include Consumer Behaviour, Brand Management, Advertising, Organizational Behaviour, HRM, Entrepreneurship and Project Management Under his guidance, the department has witnessed remarkable growth, including the introduction of innovative teaching methods and fostering partnerships with leading national and international organization. Dr. Hussain continues to inspire students and colleagues through his engaging teaching and leadership style, impactful research, and dedication to bridging theory with practical industry insights.
