Tenders are hereby invited from firms/contractor having enlistment with KIU in the relevant category for the supply of the following Furniture/fixture for Newly Established KIU Library at New Academic Block KIU Main Campus Gilgit (Detail may be seen in bid document):-

Terms and conditions are as under:-
- Tender should be sealed.
- Detailed Bid Documents can be obtained from Deputy Director Purchases on payment of Rs.1000/- as non refundable bid documents fee or may be download from the University Website www.kiu.edu.pk.
- Ambiguous, conditional and void tenders are liable to be rejected.
- University reserves the rights to reject/cancel the tender as per Clause 33 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
- Sealed tenders along with 2% earnest money of the total tender amount/cost in shape of call deposit from any scheduled bank in favor of Karakorum International University Gilgit should reach in the office of the undersigned by October 29, 2020 (11:00 AM) by Registered courier which will be opened in presence of the committee members and bidders at 11:30 AM on the same date.
- Taxes will be deducted at source as per rules (if applicable).
- The bidders should have professional experience in t he field of subject cited above.
- The prospective supplier has to execute an agreement with the University that he will provide the item as per quality and quantity prescribed in the bid documents before the supply order is issued.
