A solemn Condolence Gathering was held at Musharraf Hall, Karakoram International University (KIU) on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, to express sympathy and solidarity with members of the KIU community who recently experienced personal losses.

Organized by Syed Mazhar Ali Shah, Dr. Ansar Madni, and Syed Najam ul Hassan, the gathering brought together faculty, staff, and students to stand with their colleagues during this difficult time.

The university community extended heartfelt condolences to:

• Dr. Attaullah Shah, Vice Chancellor – on the passing of his brother.
• Ishrat Rumi – on the loss of her father.
• Manzoor Ali – on the loss of both his father and brother.
• Nusrat – on the passing of his beloved mother.

During the gathering, prayers were offered for the departed souls, and words of support were shared to comfort the grieving families. The event reflected KIU’s commitment to unity, empathy, and compassion among its faculty and staff.
