Prof.Dr.Syed Moazzam Nizami, the Director IMARC has been selected as representative of Gilgit Baltistan higher studies institutions to participate in Pakistan Week in France – a joint venture of HEC, Campus France and French Embassy in Pakistan.

During this week the selected representatives are exploring ways for collaborative research, academic programs, French Pakistan teacher and student exchange. Many research institutes in France have shown interest to collaborate with IMARC, Environmental Sciences and other departments of KIU.

Moreover, French archeologists are ready to give technical support for preparation of curriculum for the degree program in Archeology at KIU. For Climate Change studies with IMARC following institute of FRANCE are interested after briefing from Dr. Moazzam: Agreenium, INRA, IRSTEA and University Grenoble Alps
