Vice Chancellor KIU Prof. Dr. Atta ullah Shah Participated in the Focus Group meeting of VCs from different Universities under Pak UK Knowledge Corridor. The main theme of the group discussion was Impact Assessment of Existing Leadership Development across the HE Sector in Pakistan. VCs from QAU, AIOU, FAST, UET Taxila, FJ Women University, Leads University, NUST, NUML etc. participated. Steve Outran from HE Consultant UK was the resource person. The general issues of leadership challenges to Vice Chancellors of public and private sector Universities were discussed which mainly include quality assurance, research, human resource management, financial management. The focus group will continue to work for creating long term and short term solutions on this context.
