Under PAK US Aid merit and Need based scholarship,  cheques of  20 lac 40,000 and 250 have been distributed among 21 students of KIU. In the first phase of this scholarship scheme, 21 students of faculty of Social Sciences received these cheques.  Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ramzan, Dean of Social Sciences, Registrar Abdul Hameed Lone, Director QEC Mir Tazeem Akhtar and other faculty and management officers gave away cheques to the students. PAK US Aid merit and Need based scholarship has been given to those students who are talented and deserving in their respective fields. After congratulating the students Dr. Muhammad Ramzan, Dean of Social Sciences, Registrar Abdul Hameed Lone stressed on students to utilize the scholarship for their educational expenses.
