Center for Human Resource Development KIU has arranged series of training workshop for KIU management. The Centre has been directed by the Vice Chancellor in line with the recommendation of recently held selection board to organize training courses for officers, particularly, for those considered for promotions.

The Centre is thus going to conduct mandatory capacity building sessions exclusively for the management staff of KIU main campus from May 6, 2019. The six-week intensive sessions are designed to build the capacities of staff on variety of thematic areas with an aim to nurture the KIU managerial staff in such a manner that could lead them to deal with their job specific tasks efficiently and effectively. The duration of training/each session will be 2-3 hours that covers multiple areas including procurement, financial management, human resource management, professional ethics, 21stcentury organizations, etc.
